The sales director of free consultant is an important part of the sales team of Sharelogis. He can be a senior consultant sales or a manager of the team. He is a diagnostic sales style. The company provides a complete set of comprehensive foreign trade services products. Consultant sales can combine products and develop "Prescriptions" to help customers solve all problems, reduce customer costs and achieve win-win results with customers

There is no base salary for free consultant sales, so you can get a very high proportion of profits. The specific proportion needs to be determined according to the type of business.

分公司城市合伙人是共勤集团选定可以和共勤集团共同投资,在指定城市开始分公司,按照共勤集团的战略规划,开展外贸综合服务的本地市场拓展工作。本地分公司没有客户操作团队,没有财务管理团队,没有同行运营团队,没有海外代理团队,只有本地顾问销售团队。城市合伙人没有底薪,自己个人的本地业务可以拿非常高比例的分润,具体比例需要根据业务类型决定。

1. Manage an assigned territory and demonstrate extensive knowledge of potential customers and competitors in this areaTimely data entry in our Salesfunnel toolThrough telemarketing, door-to-door visits, get new orders.


2. Mobilize all resources of the company to provide 100% satisfactory service for customers, including ordinary customer service operations, product managers, airline managers, branch managers, regional managers, and know the president of the company


3. Select a certain industry as their main area of attack, the customer base mainly around this industry, across regions, across routes.


4. Once we received new customer orders, you need to help the customer service operation team to undertake new business smoothly, at the same time, support the collection of accounts receivable and be a good conductor


5. Participate in training and development meetings, continue to develop sales skills, become industry professional consultants, marketing experts.

3.选定某一个行业作为自己的主攻领域,客户群里主要围绕这个行业展开,跨越区域,跨越航线
4.客户成交后,顺利帮助客服操作团队承接新的业务,同时,支持应收账款收款做好指挥家
5.参加培训和拓展会议,继续发展销售技能,成为行业专业顾问,营销专家。

6. 带好销售团队,团队成绩优异。

Qualifications

Desired Skill-Sets and Characteristics 

1. The NRC remained above 80000 per month            

2. Very strong desire to build their own sales team            

3. Very strong desire to start a business, willing to take P & L cost risk            

4. The minimum joint investment is 500000 yuan, 60% of the total contribution and 40% of the partners. The year-end profit distribution is based on the distribution principle of 40% of total attendance and 60% of partners. In case of loss, 70% will be borne by the joint venture and 30% will be borne by the partner. If either party chooses to withdraw halfway, the joint logistics and partner distribution shall be carried out according to the contribution of 60 / 40.   

5. Be able to manage the operation team, and the financial team will continue to be managed by CO logistics            

6. Financial accounting is completely independent.

     

职位要求

2. 非常强烈的意愿想打造自己的销售团队 

3. 非常强烈的意愿想创业,愿意承担起P&L成本风险 

4. 自己有资金可以投入,最低共同投资50万元,共勤出60%,合伙人出40%. 年终利润分配,按照共勤40%,合伙人60% 的分配原则。如果赔钱,共勤承担70%, 合伙人承担30%。如果双方任何一方选择中途退出, 按照出资60/40 进行共勤和合伙人分配。 

5. 能够管理操作团队,财务团队继续由共勤管理 

6. 财务完全独立核算。
