Job Description

These are the minimum results expected from a successful District Sales Manager


1. Manage an assigned territory and demonstrate extensive knowledge of potential customers and competitors in this areaTimely data entry in our Salesfunnel toolThrough telemarketing, door-to-door visits, get new orders.


2. Mobilize all resources of the company to provide 100% satisfactory service for customers, including ordinary customer service operations, product managers, airline managers, branch managers, regional managers, and know the president of the company

3. Select a certain industry as their main area of attack, the customer base mainly around this industry, across regions, across routes.


4. Once we received new customer orders, you need to help the customer service operation team to undertake new business smoothly, at the same time, support the collection of accounts receivable and be a good conductor


5. Participate in training and development meetings, continue to develop sales skills, become industry professional consultants, marketing experts.

3.选定某一个行业作为自己的主攻领域,客户群里主要围绕这个行业展开,跨越区域,跨越航线
4.客户成交后,顺利帮助客服操作团队承接新的业务,同时,支持应收账款收款做好指挥家
5.参加培训和拓展会议,继续发展销售技能,成为行业专业顾问,营销专家。

Qualifications

Desired Skill-Sets and Characteristics 


2-4 years of customer service experience            

500 air, sea, customs declaration, express delivery and other operations of practical experience            

Served more than 30 customers            

LinkedIn over 500 friends            

Personal wechat more than 1000 friends            

Proficient in Toutiao, WeChat official account            

Can use Meitu to make industry posters            

Good at telemarketing, with rich script accumulation            

Be able to visit customers regularly without fear of face-to-face communication with customers.            

Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills            

Strong sense of purpose, strong desire for success, unlimited motivation to make money            

Self motivated, able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment            

Willing to share, common progress, self-management, self motivation            

Have a certain level of English, can use English mail and foreign direct communication is preferred

业绩要求PERFORMANCE REQUEST

 

NRC (Net Revenue Contribution) target: the annual NRC target is 160000 yuan in the first year and 240000 yuan in the second year. The target for the third year is 360000, and the target for the fourth year is 480000. As long as it reaches 480000 yuan per year and exceeds 50000 yuan for three consecutive months, you can not participate in the company's attendance and work in a completely free state.

NRC(毛利贡献) 目标,入职第一年NRC 目标是年度16万元, 入职第二年目标是24万元。入职第三年目标是36万, 入职第四年目标是48万。只要达到年度48万, 连续3个月都超过5万,就可以不参加公司考勤,工作完全处于自
